Personal Data Protection and Cookie Management Policy

Break-Out Company is the Data Controller for the processing of personal data for external communications, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.
This processing is referenced in a register maintained by the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Data Controller and is based on the latter’s legitimate interest, namely to present and explain the activities it carries out.

Personal data processing: This refers to any operation involving personal data (collection, recording, retrieval, modification, etc.).
Data subjects: Any natural person whose personal data is processed. In the following, data subjects may be referred to as “You” or “Your.”
Data controller: This refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of the processing.
Data protection officer: This refers to the person designated by the data controller to inform and advise the organization and employees, monitor compliance with the regulations, be contacted by data subjects regarding their rights, cooperate with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority), and act as its point of contact.
Supervisory Authority: This is an independent public authority established by a Member State and responsible for monitoring the application of applicable laws regarding the protection of Personal Data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation); texts adopted by the European Union and French legislation that may apply to the protection of Personal Data processed under this Agreement).

3. Data Collected and Associated Retention Periods

6. Your rights
Designation of the data controller and data subject rights
Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, you have the right to access, limit, rectify, object to, or erase your data.
