GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time without notice. Customers are therefore invited to read them before placing each order.
The general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales made from the website https://www.lesgrangesduhautacam.com by the company identified in the legal notice section (hereinafter referred to as “the company”).
**Online ordering process**
The ordering process consists of the following steps.
The customer selects the product they wish to purchase.
The customer accesses their virtual shopping cart.
The customer is invited to create a customer account or log in to their customer account if they already have one.
The customer fills out a form with the information necessary for identification and order processing: title, first name, last name, mailing address, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.
The customer chooses the delivery date and method. They are informed of the delivery costs.
The customer accesses the summary of their order. They are asked to check their order to identify any errors that may have been made when entering the data. The customer can modify their order and correct any errors.
The customer confirms their order by clicking on the button provided for this purpose. The order is then sent to the company.
The customer is asked to choose their payment method and then proceed to pay online on a secure page.
The company is notified of the payment and the customer receives confirmation of receipt of their payment.
The order is final when the company receives payment from the customer.
The company acknowledges receipt of the order by sending the customer an email containing a copy of the order.
**Essential characteristics of the products**

**Product prices**
Product prices are indicated on the website in euros, including all French taxes.
**Delivery**
The products are virtual and are therefore delivered by email.
**Delivery costs** are payable by the customer, unless otherwise stated on the website. They are calculated based on the delivery address. The delivery costs are indicated to the customer during the ordering process, before the order is confirmed.

**Retention of title**
The products remain the exclusive property of the company until full payment has been received. The company’s resale right also applies, where applicable, to the price or part of the price of resale of these goods, as well as to any insurance compensation that may be subrogated to them. The customer shall take all necessary measures to duly inform their creditors in a timely manner.
**Right of withdrawal**
The consumer has a right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code. This right may be exercised within fourteen days of receipt of the goods by the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer. Consumers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must inform the company by sending it, within the aforementioned period, the withdrawal form attached hereto or any other unambiguous statement expressing their wish to withdraw. Consumers who have validly exercised their right of withdrawal must return the goods to the company or to the person designated by it, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days of communicating their decision to withdraw. The consumer shall only bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The consumer may be liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the company shall reimburse the consumer for all sums paid, including delivery costs, but not additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the company. The refund shall be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which the company is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw. However, if the goods have not been received by the end of this period, the company may defer the refund until the goods have been recovered or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier. The refund shall be made using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to the use of another means of payment.
**Legal warranty**
The consumer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The consumer also benefits from the warranty against defects in the item sold under the conditions set out in Articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code. **Legal recourse**
The consumer may refer the matter to the competent French court pursuant to Articles 42 to 46 of the Code of Civil Procedure or Article R. 631-3 of the Consumer Code.
If the consumer is not domiciled in France but in another Member State of the European Union, jurisdiction is defined by Articles 17 to 19 of European Union Regulation No. 1215/2012 of December 12, 2012. By way of derogation, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute that may arise between the company and the consumer if the latter has, at the time of conclusion of the contract, his domicile or habitual residence in France; the consumer expressly agrees to this clause attributing jurisdiction to the French courts.
**Applicable law**
French law governs the pre-contractual relations between the customer and the company, as well as these general terms and conditions and any contract concluded between the customer and the company via the website.
**Conclusion of the contract**
The contract is deemed to have been concluded for the company at its registered office and for the customer at their place of residence, upon payment by the customer, on the date of such payment.
